Eligibility:
-Jamaican citizens, domiciled in Jamaica during the last five years.
-Under twenty five (25) years old on the first of August 2012.
-Entering a full-time undergraduate programme at the University of Technology, Jamaica or the University of the West Indies.
-Candidates will be required to enter into a bond to work in Jamaica for a period not exceeding five (5) year
